Terms and Conditions

The payment should be made within 7 days after the purchase date. During this period we contact the buyer asking for payment.
Transaction settlements made with credit cards and e-transfers will be carried out through the agency of Settlement Centre Dotpay.

Personal data in our database are processed solely for the purposes of the company Anvapol Sp. z o. o. and will not be made available for other subjects.

We do our best to dispatch the goods within 48 hours after deposit confirmed.

Delivery charges: if you have purchased a few items (sets), the delivery charges will depend on the weight of the parcel.
Anvapol bears no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels by the Polish Post or courier. We address a complaint to the Polish Post or courier and refund the amount of money we have received after the complaint has been processed.
While collecting the order, please verify with a post office clerk or a courier that the parcel is as ordered. Anvapol bears no responsibility for any damage caused by the post office or the courier. Refund consulted and agreed on before will not include return costs. Delivery charges of the returned goods are to be covered by the buyer. We do not accept parcels sent on our expenses or COD parcels.

While making an advanced payment, make sure to include the mosaic tile symbol. Lack of the information may substantially delay the processing of your order.

By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out above.


The customer may withdraw from an agreement and return the goods within 10 days of delivery.

In this case, the customer is bound to:
1.    contact the shop over the phone before returning the goods.
2.    return the goods in the original, intact packaging along with the complete content of the parcel to the address:

3.    Send the following information to the email address kontakt@primavera.sklep.pl:
•    Personal data of the buyer
•    The buyer’s bank details to proceed with the refund to their account.

The returned goods will be accepted provided that they will not have any traces of use. Anvapol guarantees refund equal to the goods’ value, if delivery costs were covered by the receiver. In the case of the package having been dispatched in accordance with the Promotion ‘FREE Delivery!!!’, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.

We do not refund return costs.

We do not accept:
•    COD parcels,
•    parcels sent after the return period has expired.

Once your goods are back at Anvapol, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to reach your account after return is received. In order to return costs, we will require your bank details to proceed with the refund to your account.

When sent, our goods are new and intact. They are double-checked: first by the manufacturer and then (whenever possible) by persons responsible for the preparation of the parcel.

The product you wish to return must be complete and include receipt or invoice and the description of the damage along with your address and telephone number.
We do not accept COD parcels and we do not cover delivery charges incurred by the customer unless otherwise agreed with our consultant.

All returned products are to be delivered to the address given by the seller whereas the delivery charges covers the buyer.

-    damage resulting from improper delivery (please contact the supplier).
-    damage of the packaging (such as boxes, bags or cases) as well as bonuses.

Anvapol bears no responsibility for any damage resulting during the delivery.

Please check the parcel with a post office clerk or a courier.
Should you notice any damage, draw up a damage protocol which will be the basis for the claiming for goods exchange or refund.
Otherwise, we cannot accept any complaints if the goods were damaged during the delivery.
The protocol must be drawn up the same day.
